Installation Notes

Before ordering or installing, please review the following requirements:

  1. USPS Approval (Required Before Ordering)

    • Your local postmaster or USPS growth manager must approve the location of your new parcel locker.

    • We strongly recommend securing approval before purchase. All sales are final — no refunds.

  2. Our Process When You Add Installation Service

    • Your locker will ship directly to your address.

    • Once shipped, we’ll reach out to schedule installation.

    • After installation, USPS will install the master lock and activate the unit for service.

  3. Concrete Base Requirements

    • OPLs must be anchored to a level, fully cured concrete pad.

    • Anchoring options include:

      • Expansion wedge anchors for new or existing slabs.

      • J-bolts installed at the time new concrete is poured.

  4. Removal of Existing Units

    • We can remove old units for an additional cost.

    • Please note: removal does not include offsite disposal. We do not provide haul-away services. If disposal is required, this must be arranged with a separate provider.

  5. Disclaimers

    • Customers must obtain USPS approval before ordering.

    • Installation requires the site to be properly prepped (concrete pad poured, level, and cured).

    • Additional fees may apply if the site is not ready when installers arrive.
