  • I have purchased a Fort Knox vacationer mailbox and have been unable to find a professional installer. Could you do just an installation ?

Thank you so much for reaching out.
We do offer just installation even for products that aren't purchased through our store. Generally speaking installation is somehwere between $349-$399. Please reach out to get a project proposal for your project!

  • How are the post installed?

Thank you so much for reaching out.
The post are installed about 2' in the ground with quick set concrete.

  • i want the locking mailbox, as our mail has been stolen, but it sat on a concrete column, anchored into the pavement sidewalk curb when we bought our house. A car crashed into our mailbox and destroyed the whole column and mailbox. Can you make us a concrete column and attach the mailbox on top to match our original? All the houses in our cul de sac have this uniform type of concrete column for the mailbox. Thank you

Thank you so much for reaching out. Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer this type of custom mailbox installations. We do recommend that you reach out to a local handyman or contractor that would be able to complete your job.
